1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MoneySense Pro ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. MoneySense Pro is operated by MoneySense Pro ('we,' 'us,' or 'our'). If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
2. Service Description
MoneySense Pro is a financial calculator suite designed for individuals, families, and professionals. It provides tools for tip splitting, discount comparison, salary tax calculations (US all 50 states, France, Belgium), loan optimization, and ratio helpers. All calculation logic is processed locally where possible to protect your privacy.
3. Account Usage & Limitations
Free Tier
Free users have full access to the Tip & Split, Discount Compare, and Ratio Helper calculators, with up to 5 saved calculations per day retained for 7 days.
Pro Tier
Pro subscribers get unlimited access to all calculators including Salary After Tax, Loan Optimizer, and AI Decision Insight, along with unlimited history, cross-device sync, and PDF reports.
Fair Use
You may not use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data or results from our calculators, or attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary tax models.
4. Subscription & Payments
Payment Processor
All subscription payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Creem (creem.io). By subscribing to a Pro plan, you agree to Creem's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.
Billing Cycle
Pro Monthly is billed at $5.99/month. Pro Yearly is billed at $54.90/year (equivalent to $4.58/month). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Billing section of your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your access to Pro features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us at support@moneysensepro.app within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only.
5. Service Limitations & Disclaimer
MoneySense Pro is provided 'as is.' Our tax models are based on publicly available 2026 tax regulations for the US, France, and Belgium. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy and results should be verified with a qualified professional. MoneySense Pro is not responsible for any financial decisions made based on our tools.
